Annual General Meeting

The final meeting for 2024 will be the Annual General Meeting to elect a new board for 2025, followed by a regular meeting and potluck style appetizers.
Elections will be held for the following positions:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Directors will be appointed afterwards for those who wish to step forward with their name.
Nomination Committee – Jason Blackwell and Don Stevenson
The 2023/2024 Financial Report will be presented.
This meeting is open to all members and the public.
